In addition they do not have the resources to do a quality paint job AND get it done in a timely fashion. Alternatively, the large painting contractor, who is both qualified and reliable, has an excessive expense and a volume based attitude. They usually have a well dressed salesperson come out to bid and then send a foreman and a constantly changing crew to do the actual work. Lack of communication between the salesperson and foreman about the project details and coupled with the inability to get back in contact with the salesperson to resolve issues are a constant challenge for homeowners. Our niche is doing a great job of providing the upside of both contractor types. The Customer's Experience

When you contact us, either directly through our website or by phone, we will set an appointment to meet at
your home and discuss your project at a time that works well with your schedule.
Within 24 hours of the appointment we will provide a detailed work order that includes the specifics of the project,
the costs involved, the timeframe you can expect the job to take and our availability.
Once you have received the work order, a simple phone call or an email confirming that you would like to hire us places your job on the
schedule. In the interim we can assist in color selections or have color matches done if either service is needed.

Your preparation
for us is very simple and fast. Very small items and items of excessive value, such as art work, will need to be
removed prior to our start. That is literally all you have to do.
We will arrive at the scheduled date and time,
on time, and begin the process. We carefully move and cover the remaining items and furniture in the area we are
working in. We methodically protect all areas not being painted with a combination of plastic sheeting, tarps,
masking paper and tape.
Once that's done we spend the proper amount of time to prepare the surfaces prior to
painting. Each job has a different combination of needs that we will perform ranging from sanding, caulking,
patching, priming, sealing, crack repairs and disassembly of fixtures and hardware, all of which are included
in the project cost.
Once the painting begins the transformation of making an area new again begins to take
shape. In a short time, with our steady hands, top of the line equipment, product knowledge and experience your
space is beautifully recreated. Once it's dry we will remove the masking, reassemble the hardware and fixtures,
replace your furniture and other items, followed by a diligent clean up job. In no time your project is complete
and you will be wondering what other areas to have us tackle next.
